This policy covers delivery of wholesale and OEM/ODM orders from our factory in Guangzhou, China. Shipping cost and carrier are always confirmed in your quote before production begins.

Exact dates are confirmed in writing with your quote. Production days are working days and exclude Chinese public holidays, during which factories and freight forwarders close.
We ship worldwide. If your destination is not covered in checkout of the quote, ask us and we will confirm whether we can deliver there.
We use the carrier that gives the best balance of cost and transit time for your order, and we tell you which one we are using.
Transit time depends on the destination and the method chosen. As a guide, international express is typically around 3–7 business days to most major destinations, air freight around 7–12 days and sea freight several weeks. Transit time is measured from dispatch, not from order confirmation, and can be extended by customs clearance, weather or carrier delays, which are outside our control.
Freight is calculated on the goods' weight, volume and destination, and is quoted separately from the goods so you see the total before you confirm the order — we do not add shipping charges after the fact. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at the destination remain the buyer's responsibility (see section 6).
We recommend the most economical method for your order — express courier for samples and smaller parcels, air or sea freight for larger volumes — and confirm the cost in writing with your quote.
Import duties, VAT/GST, customs brokerage and any clearance charges levied at the destination are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the goods price or freight cost. We declare shipments accurately as required by law and cannot under-declare value or mark orders as gifts.
Inspect parcels on arrival and tell us within 7 calendar days of delivery if anything is damaged or missing, with photos. See our returns and refunds policy for how we resolve it.
