Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of this website and any order placed with STYLEJEWELRYS of Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong 510000, China. By requesting a quote or placing an order you agree to them.

1. About this website

This website is a business-to-business wholesale catalogue. Prices shown are indicative unit prices for wholesale quantities and are not retail prices. There is no consumer checkout: orders are placed by quote and confirmed in writing by email.

2. Quotations and pricing

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Prices exclude shipping, duties and taxes unless expressly stated.
• Prices may change with material and plating costs; the price in your confirmed order is the price we honour.
• Minimum order quantity is 50 pcs per design unless agreed otherwise.

3. Orders and confirmation

An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and receive any agreed deposit. Specification changes after confirmation may change price and lead time.

4. Product information

We describe every piece in good faith. Photographs are representative: because these are manufactured and hand-finished items, minor variation in tone, plating and finish can occur between production runs. Where that matters to you, request a sample first.

5. Intellectual property and OEM work

You confirm that any design, logo or artwork you supply to us does not infringe a third party's rights, and you take responsibility for it. We retain ownership of our own designs, product photographs and site content.

6. Shipping, risk and title

Delivery, transit times, duties and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk passes to the buyer on dispatch; where the goods are damaged in transit and the carrier is our nominated account, we will support your claim.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, arising from late delivery or customs delay.

9. Personal data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use your contact and shipping details only to quote, produce and deliver your order.

10. Governing terms and changes

We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies to new enquiries from its publication date. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
